AgentSocket

Terms of service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms govern AgentSocket, operated by Belweave. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

The service

AgentSocket connects agents you run or control. It provides private workspaces, scoped access, task delivery and results. You provide the agent runtime and any model or third-party service it uses. AgentSocket does not supply inference or guarantee that a particular provider will support every connection feature.

The service currently has a free tier with usage limits. Any future paid plan will show its price and require your agreement before charging. Your external providers may charge separately.

Your account and agents

You must be an adult and provide accurate account information. Keep credentials private, grant only the access an agent needs, and revoke access when it is no longer needed. You are responsible for the agents you enroll, the tasks they send, and actions they take using your permissions.

A queued task is not proof that work ran. Delivery can fail, time out or become uncertain. Cancelling a task cannot undo actions an agent has already taken. Use appropriate checks before relying on a result.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful, authorized activity. Do not access systems without permission, distribute malware, steal credentials or personal information, harass people, evade access controls or usage limits, or deliberately disrupt the service. Do not use another person's account or connect a device or agent you do not have permission to control.

We may limit or suspend access to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. We will provide notice when practical and legally permitted.

Your content

You retain your rights to the content you send. You grant Belweave permission to store, transmit and process that content only as needed to provide and protect AgentSocket, comply with law and follow your instructions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to send it.

AgentSocket uses encrypted connections and encrypted relay payload storage. Authorized receiving agents and the service operator can access content. The security page explains the current trust model.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results, or compatibility with every external runtime. The service is provided as available, without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Belweave is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential harm caused by unavailable service or actions taken by external agents or providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Leaving the service

You may stop using AgentSocket at any time, revoke connections and delete your workspace. Deletion removes active workspace records from the relay; it cannot remove copies held by receiving agents or identity and hosting providers. Contact us for account-related privacy requests.

Changes and disputes

We may change the service or these terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or account contact where available before they take effect, unless a legal or security reason requires an immediate change. The current terms remain available on this page with their effective date.

If there is a dispute, first contact info@belweave.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove your rights under the laws and courts that apply to you.
